The interior design of this home was created as a "staging", in that the client's intention was to sell the home as a "turn key" once it was complete. The approach was quite artistic, using original paintings by artists such as Merrill Mahaffey, chairs by Peter Alexander, the guest bed by Illana Goor (who now has her own museum and whose pieces are now only available through collectors), sculptures by Bill Worrell, and solid bronze sculptural lamps by Corbin bronze. The home, at approximately 7000 square feet, was offered on the real estate market for two weeks, before it sold with all items included - i.e. "turn key".
